Looking for team. Bronze/Silver, Mid/ADC/Jung

Looking for a ranked 5s team. Preferably one that plays later in the day. I was silver 4 last season and got placed bronze 2 this season but working my way up. I mostly play mid now, but have mained jung in the past and have been working on my adc a lot. Mid champs are, akali, fizz, kat, ori, leblanc, liss, ziggs, and yasuo. Jungs are udyr, kha, elise, eve.
