I keep playing ranked silver games and I go akali jungle, I tell my team not to play aggressive since I cannot gank until lvl 6. I get a Leona who ends up going 2-8, A nasus who goes 1-4, A Brand who gives first blood 2 minutes in the game. I went 7-4 at the end although I carried throughout the game. If anyone can tell me any tips on not getting teammates like this, I would love to know!
step 1. stop looking at their scores, its irrelevant.
Step 2. Accept reality, the fact that you are even thinking that there is some way to not get a specific skill level of player in a random P.U.G says a lot about where your mentality is right now. you wanna climb, fix that attitude. your gonna get good players, bad players, players having a bad day. you cant get around it as long as you are playing solo q.
Step 3. Stop playing solo q dynamic q offers you the ability to find 4 other players and play with them in ranked instead, removing all random factor, now you just gotta find 4 people who you think are good. otherwise, just gotta face reality.

Don't play akali jungle
If you want to avoid having horrible team mates in silver then climb to gold. It isn't hard. Then when you have terrible team mates in gold, avoid them by climbing to plat, again, not really hard. Then when your plat team mates are skilless plebs, climb to diamond 5, again not hard, then stop playing ranked.
play with a group
duo up and find someone to fix your mmr
i usally do that whenever i encounter a lose streak then i go back to solo
change roles or main something that has more jungle pressure then akali such as a khaix
losing lane means theyre just bad or they get ganked often
so lane pressure junglers are better
critqing each game is also good to note such as what couldve have done better buy a ward so that your lanes dont feed etc.
