Need silver-plat players, all roles for serious competitive team + analyst
Hello, my name is ALittleUgly. But please, call me ugly.
I have tried my hand at creating teams, coaching for other teams, and playing on teams, and I'm going to give it another whirl starting a team from the ground up. This time I will spend much more time with the players, as well as be more thorough during the tryout process. We will do tournaments eventually, and our ultimate goal is to start attending LAN's and possibly get into LCS, so serious players only. The reason I chose silver-plat is because on this team, willingness to learn is more important than skill, and we will all grow as a team and grow as players. Here are the spots available

The substitutes will preferably be able to play 2 roles each, but each person on the main roster will always play their preferred position.
Here are the requirements for players: Have curse voice and a mic, mic quality should be clear and should not distract from the game Be able to play in the evenings from 7-12 pm EST, also be on sometimes during the day so I can do individual coaching occasionally We will have practice every day, however you are allowed to miss practice 2 days a week with notice, 1 day a week without. Substitutes, you will show up to practice. We will have 30 minutes discussion at the beginning of each practice that you will be able to participate in, and you will be preferred to spectate the games that they play Be flexible as far as champions go. Having preferred champions is fine, but if coaches or the team think you should pick up a champion, be able to pick it up Obviously no raging, hating, flaming, yelling, whining, or anything of the like Be at least 16 years old

When did you start playing: First game in mid season 2. Started fully playing mid season 3 (summer time)
Can you shot call: Yes
Briefly describe your play style: Depends on my team. Sometimes if I notice we are losing/getting behind I try to sometimes take the lead. I like to ward a lot also if i jungle/support. Try to always have green/pinks around the map and enjoy when my team also helps me out. I especially like it when everyone has at least placed 1 pink ward. Like to review a bit on what I did wrong while in game and after a game. Try to movtivate teammates. I communicate a lot while chatting with others in calls.
Strengths: Pings a lot, shot calls, calls mias, wards a lot, when something doesn't work out I switch plans, adapt builds to situations and love too roam after winning lane or pushed lane. Try to keep up with the meta knowing whats GOD TIER all the way to the lowest tier.
Weaknesses: greedy at times, sometimes passive, curse a little bit too much still trying to tone it down a bit, tilt after consecutive loses (normally after 3 loses in a row).

I can carry with him 9/10 times.
Weaknesses: I try to force plays when out numbered or when a player of the team is not there. when I see that I can carry a game I get cocky and taunt and make bad plays thinking I can 1v5 when I cant.
