OPG HADES LF D3+ Support and Substitute

We are looking for a D3+ Support and Substitutes (ADC and Jungle mainly) to finish our roster for Team Hades. This team has the responsibility of carrying our brand into tournaments with a long term goal of being part of the North American League Champion Series. We are a new organization with dedicated staff to making this a viable business for ourselves and our teams. Team Hades is the flagship team providing our players with coaches, analyst, and a dedicated manager.
What we are looking for: We are looking for players who are ranked Diamond 3 or higher in solo queue. Players who are ready to compete on the highest levels with long term aspirations towards the NA LCS. Open to working with coaching staff to improve themselves to tangle with the best in the world. We expect diverse champion pools, shot calling, communication, and to work with our coaching staff to improve. We use Discord as our primary form of communication, as well as Google Docs.
