Team Phoenix Looking for Serious Manager, READ ON!!!!

We are players ranging from Silver to Platinum. We currently have a general practice schedule but would love to have someone who can set up scrims, look for some good tournaments on weekends, and help us improve. We currently practice 3 days a week not including the weekends. We want to be able to focus on playing and not managing as much as we can and this is why we are seeking a manager. We already have a teamspeak that we have access to as well so that will not be a problem for us.
