Orca’s mission: To create a fun, friendly, but competitive driven community looking to get the highest we can as individuals in and out of game

A bad player: Someone who is incapable of moving forward or being a positive benefit to the Orca Sovereign environment because of their own inadequacies.

COACHING BENEFITS: A text channel full of your analysis, one on one discussions with your coach.

Exhibitions: An exhibition is a show match. Essentially have two groups enter into a scrimmage against each other in a Custom 5V5 format. The two teams will have an appointed shotcaller/captain to balance them, and the reset will usually be a mixture of roster players, OSVR players, and trainees. How does the exhibitions work? Those who perform well will receive points. Those who don't perform well will remain a trainee. Most everyone will be promoted to OSVR at the end of an exhibition if they show promise, or potential, or a willingness to learn if they did not do as well. What do OSVR receive? OSVR members, or OSVR Residents, gain access to coaching resources or analysis. Every New member in this discord starts out as a Trainee, and you will move up with the more "roles" you have under your name. Depending on your contribution and Activeness.

Roles

Trainee: A trainee is a new player to the Orca Sovereign community. They do not have the privileges of other players and can not access coaching/join a team. If you remain at this role indefinitely without becoming an official member, you are subject to being removed. To exit this role and be promoted, you must either perform in an exhibition match on Friday/Saturday/Sunday at 7CST, or participate in the weekday events at 3CST (Tuesdays/Wednesdays).

OSVR: An official member of the community. Competitive player who has access to coaching, and can join rosters. Can become a coach if they apply or potential staff should they contribute to the community.

OSVR Resident: An official member of the community. Non-competitive player who has access to coaching, but might not be able to join rosters for other reasons. May even be a non-league player. Has permanent residency and won’t be removed in trainee-clean ups. Can become potential staff should they contribute to the community.

Sovereign: A major contributor the to community who helps in structuring the community with the administrator. The lowest level of staff, before moderators and administration.
