Strengths: I think my biggest strength is experience in my role and my consistency. I know how to play every lane (barring cheese lanes which ill probably play passively.) I know which lanes I can take advantage of. I know which lanes I need to play safer. I know which lanes are skill match-ups and which lanes I can bully. I know when every ADC is hitting their power spikes and how to play around them. As far as consistency goes click the link for my stats. I've played 670 ranked games this season in total. Over those 650 games I average 7.8 - 4.2 - 8.0. What this means is, on average, I am not making stupid deaths, and I'm not costing my team gold giving it to the enemy.
Weaknesses:Shot-calling - As far as laning goes I know what I want to do and when I want to do it. But as far as shot-calling goes outside of the lane, I don't want to be in charge of doing it. I like worrying about my own game-play rather than "commanding" 4 other people. Also I think it's very hard for adcs to be shotcalling, I dont know of many pro teams that the adc shotcalls.

Strengths: Adjusting to the adc's playstyle, I can swap between aggressive and passive styles based on the pick/matchup/ or adc's preference. It might take a few games to figure each other out, but in general I synergize very well in a duo lane. I never flame my team.
Weaknesses: My shotcalling, I suppose. Once I get comfortable with people I don't have a problem making confident calls, but I tend to be a very conservative shotcaller, which can be good or bad depending on the situation.
Timezone/availability: EST, most afternoons and weekends, but we can discuss in more detail. My schedule is pretty flexible.
