Newish Support Main looking for a Group to Work and Play With

As the title states, I am a support main that is relatively new to League, but not to gaming or MOBA's by any stretch. I do have an awful ranked record, largely from a combination of my own inexperience and the standard "low ELO toxicity", but I still have a strong desire to get better and become a viable teammate. I have always worked and learned better within a group environment, and would appreciate the chance to play with and learn from some veterans that can help me tune and hone my skills.

I want to improve all aspects of my game. If I had to rate myself, I would look something like this.

Mechanical Skill 7/10 - I am a highly skilled gamer across multiple formats and very quickly learn how to effectively use what I have. Game Knowledge 3/10 - This would be higher if I weren't 10 years behind, but I study often the ways of Support and other roles. Map Awareness 3/10 - Every day I seem to improve here, but against the rest of the world, I can't justify any higher than this. Objective Control 3/10 - Same as above, with greater experience comes greater application. Attitude 8/10 - I've been a gamer for 30 years (literally), and I'm big on giving credit where it is due, as well as staying positive when things go sour. "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life." Captain JLP Communication 5/10 - I do fairly well for a FNG, but without voice chat, my inexperience often prevents me from relaying what I see to my team.

As a new player, my Champion pool is still fairly limited. With that said, I am saving up for the entire array of Support Champions first.
