Looking for Team members

Just looking for a team to played ranked 5's with - if we have good communication and do well might consider making it a serious thing.

1. Able to play at least 5 times a week
2. Are okay with criticism
3. Want to improve overall
4. At least Silver (bronze players tend to take far longer to teach).

Additional info: No, I'm am not ridiculously high elo; I am NOT a coach. I'm currently rated Gold 4. I used to be a Halo (Reach - 4) semipro competing at local and state competitive events (Never went pro because it would have required me and my team to miss/quit school). If you are of higher rating than me, I do not mind if you tell me what I'M doing wrong in games, or things I could have done better; I take criticism well and play for the FUN of the game - the most important aspect.
