Please HELP!! Noob gone gold. =(

It seems that randoms hates you when you get gold at lvl 23, now I can't get hardly any team groups that win. just a bunch of 20-30 win teammates at lvl 26 =*(

I run mostly about to buy trying out sona to learn the support side, and thou I forget sometimes I ward like a mofo. ty

I mean seriously I have fought 4 lvl 30's with a lvl 29. almost all my vs teams have at least 1 lvl 30 just maiming my poor team mates. I feel bad for them kuz it must be my fault right?
