Looking For Silver(ish) Level Team

I have been playing League of Legends on and off since 2010. I just started playing again after about a 3 year hiatus. I played on a semi-serious team once, but all of my friends seem to have completely moved on from the game. I would like to join a team that is serious about scheduling regular practice time and is committed to not just having fun with the game, but getting better. My most preferred spot by quite a bit is mid. However, I'm comfortable with either supporting or ADC as well. I could probably do top with practice, but jungle has never been my forte'. I would like a team where everyone is 18+, as I'm 26 and would like a group that is somewhere close to my age bracket.
