Looking for a solid all around duo to climb with who understand that losing happens/dont rage

Currently Silver 2 with gold 4~ mmr. At my peak i was diamond 4 75 lp back in season 4 or 5 i cant remember and i'm just picking the game back up after a loooooong break. I am serious about the no raging though if you ever freakout on a teammate or myself I'm going to discontinue playing with you its just a big pet peeve of mine. I try not to type a lot in game if it doesn't have to do with strategy or constructive criticism. I play Mid mainly and support as my backup. Ideally looking for a player who prefers the other 3 roles.
