I would like for us to achieve great things for the team. I'm looking for players that are dedicated to play.I wont be just letting anyone join the team. I don't want my team mates to be players who makes excuses and excuses after a mistake. I want players who takes the responsibility of they're mistakes and fix it right away.I want players who can take criticize and change that criticize into dedication to do something better next time. Players who can support each other after a mistake. These are the players that can make big things happen.

TEAMSPEAK is needed.Communication is a key to victory. Players who communicate have a higher chance of winning. Ill be deciding the players that will shot call. If the shot caller calls something everyone shall follow. The shot calling ability has the ability to take the credit and the responsibility of the call whether its a bad call or good call.

Vision is another important thing.Vision will get us objectives. If your not that guy who changes there trinket and upgrade it you should not try to tryout for this team.Vision is another key to victory.With no vision we will be blind. The main people who will put vision is the jungler and support so make sure you communicate on the deep wards so don't go in blind by your selves warding or u will get caught.But that doesn't mean the other players do not need to help.
