Varus ADC for ranked gameplay

Hi, Im a Zyra main, who has recently started playing ranked for real. Zyra is getting buffed badly next patch, and a lane with Varus is one of the most oppressive botlanes in the game if you know how to layer CC... a pure killzone. So Im looking for a Varus player to pair up with in ranked - It is the combo of double ranked poke + CC that I want to explore.. tons of playmaking potential.
