Need a climbing partner (Ranked)

I started playing this game on a deployment to the middle east. Unfortunately, I forced myself to play ranked to try something new even though I sucked at the time. But, most definitely I have gotten better. I'm currently stuck between bronze 3 and 4. I can't win if my team just doesn't have the motivation like I do to climb. I prefer mid or jg Unfortunately for me I cannot climb solo. It's very tilting for me to win a lane or two, for all of that to get thrown away :( I'm very open to some tips (for mid, jg) on how to climb. Thanks everyone for your time
