Hand of Judgment is LF Support [Silver-Gold]

Justice here. I formed the team Hand of Judgment, and I'm looking for players who share the same vision and goal for competitive play. I haven’t yet reached my personal goals for my own skill level, but I am actively attempting to improve and get to the point where competitive and eventually professional play is a possibility.

To be clear, I'm not looking at your rank as a factor. Experience and skill is, of course, appreciated, but the factors below are more important than your current rank:

  1. Desire to win. This doesn't mean you have to be an excellent player right now, but rather that you have the desire to always try to get better, and win.

  2. Desire to go as far as possible. As I mentioned in the opening, I would like to eventually try to go pro. There's a long way to go, and it's nothing I expect to happen soon. However, it is a goal that everyone on the team will be working towards.

  3. Willingness to play a fair amount of ranked solo queue. This is the best place to work on your own mechanics, and there’s a reason why so many professional players spend a lot of time with it. In addition, playing duo queue with our ADC to build synergy.

  4. Availability for team practice. There are other priorities in life, so I don’t expect you to be on all day, every day. However, team members are expected to generally be available for team practice at least a few times per week. Due to team members’ schedules, practices are often fairly late, sometimes starting between 9-11pm Eastern. I know this can’t work for everyone, but anyone on the team will need to have a fairly flexible schedule to accommodate this.

  5. Attitude. Essentially, just have respect for everyone (both teammates and opponents), be friendly and easy to get along with, and know how to enjoy the game while still taking it seriously.

  6. Professionalism. This is really an extension of attitude. While I would never want to try to censor anyone's personality, I also want the team to be respected. It's really just a matter of public image. This is simply no excessive trolling, BM, raging, etc. (towards teammates or opponents.)

  7. Live in NA, or have the ability/desire to travel for major tournaments.

  8. Have some experience playing the Support position, and be willing/happy to play it as much as possible to improve.

  9. Have knowledge about playing the Support position i.e. Know where/when to ward, assess whether to play aggressively or passively based on lane matchups, know when to roam, when to back, know how to peel for ADC or engage fights, depending on your champion/team comps.

  10. Be comfortable with some early game shot-calling regarding vision. We'll be counting on you to make sure everyone is warding key areas. If a green or pink ward needs to be somewhere, let your teammates know. Help jungler get deep vision in enemy territory when appropriate.

  11. This is really an extension of the previous point, but be unafraid to make your voice heard in game. I’m not looking for someone to be loud and take over everything, but rather someone who feels confident enough in their game knowledge to either make calls, or at least offer up options of what the team needs to do to win (this applies both in and out of game.)

  12. Stay up to date on the current meta/professional scene. I don’t expect you to watch every single LCS or LCK (LPL, etc.) game, but at least keeping up with what the pros are doing and why is an excellent way to not only know what champions and strategies are strong right now, but to have a specific reason for trying something different or “off-meta”, rather than just doing so with no real purpose.

I'm looking for an individual who has the same vision I do, and meets every one of the above criteria. If this isn't you, or if you are not interested in joining a team that has work to do before being ready for high-level play, that is completely understandable.

However, if you want to grow with a team that has every intention of becoming professional gamers, then please respond with your times of availability. We will be happy to schedule a tryout with anyone who is interested to see if it's a fit for both sides.

I know this is a long thread for team recruitment, but it is something I am taking very seriously. Please feel free to respond here and/or add me in game if you're interested in talking about the tryout process.
