Hi!

I'm LemonInYourEyes, creator of Banished Gaming, a serious team looking for serious players gold+ for 2015 Season Team Ranked play. I am looking for passionate gamers with a friendly attitude who want to get better in a team environment and secure valuable experience in many team-oriented roles. I will be accepting applications up until the end of the preseason or when a roster is completed.

Tryouts will be held on a first-come-first serve basis. If I find a member who seems to have what it takes to join the team, I will not hesitate to offer them a roster spot. Everyone looking to fill that roster spot will be dropped or considered for their secondary role. If I tryout two people for the same role who seem to work together nicely for the team, I may consider making a second team and employing various roster swaps.

In addition to my leadership, I am also looking for members who can step up and fill other roles in the organization. These roles include, but aren't necessarily limited to: Co-Owner Webmaster Public Relations Coordinator Secretary

Should in your application you include any information that might lend you to taking on one of these responsibilities or you say you would be interested in a certain role, I may choose to undergo a trial process.

Application Process Minimum Requirements Include

18 Years of Age Gold 5 as of Season 4 End (11-11-2014 at 12:00 PM PST) on the North American Server Level 30 (Obviously) Must be currently free of in-game chat restriction or Suspension (can't be temp banned) Dependable voice chat. Must be able to use both: Curse Voice and http://voicechatapi.com/

Despite the serious appearance of this thread, I am looking for individuals who can have fun and I can have fun with. Particular individuals with great personalities who may not be as skilled as other applicants will still be considered.

Preferred Role and Champion Pool: ADC, Lucian, Corki, Tristana, Twitch, Jinx getting better

Secondary Role and Champion Pool: Top, Maokai, Kayle, Nasus(situationally), Shyvanna, 

Depth of Champion Pool (How many champs do you own): I own right around 60 champs so half, willing to learn any you think would be good.

Perceived Greatest Strength and Biggest Weakness: Definitely able to farm up well, as ADC my positioning is good, and I manage to maintain dps well during fights, not much time standing around, as top, I do well as kiting with Kayle or farming as mao nasus and shyv and being good in teamfights. Weaknessess: As top lane I need somebody to tell me when and where to tp to get into teamfights, as I don't make that decision well. As ADC, I need wards, as sometimes I go overagressive when there are none.
