Team Looking for Mid Laner - Serious Plat ELO Team (details inside)

Team Shuriken has been around roughly 4 months with a consistent roster and a dedicated practice schedule. We are already looking at a series of tournaments and leagues to enter in January. However, our mid laner got a new job that overlaps our practice schedule so we are moving him to the sub position and recruiting for a new main. Our team is strict on recruitment and want teammates that not only have similar skill and knowledge but also similar personalities and mindset so we can ensure we can continue to grow when the rough patches occur. This is a long term team not centered around any specific tournaments or leagues. If interested below is basic information about the team and an application.
