I3lue eSports LF Masters Top and Mid

**Thank you for your interest with I3lue eSports! **

We are looking to fill create another team to carry our brand and to participate in tournaments with a long term goal of being part of the North American League Champion Series. With our first team we came 5th Mobafire Community Cup, 1st in Oogle Games Tournament, and recently made top 8 in the House Party 5v5 Swiss Gauntlet, qualifying for the 2016 Minor League Summer Season. Our team currently practices with scrims, around 8-9 PM EDT, and weekly tournaments. We try to participate in tournaments every week, pending on scheduling and player availability.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for players who are ranked in Master and Challenger that have drive and passion for the game. Players who are ready to compete on the highest levels with long term aspirations towards the NA LCS. Open to working with coaching staff to improve themselves to tangle with the best in the world. We have our own Teamspeak, but ask that you are flexible to using other chat programs as well.

Players:

We’re looking for Top Laners , and mid laners to finish our Master squad. From each role we expect diverse champion pools, shot calling, and for players to be coachable. We prefered that all players have in-depth knowledge of current meta and can be adaptable. We believe strong rotations and communication is key.

Coaches, what you will do:

-Work with team on a schedule for scrims and tournaments. -Research Meta champions, item builds and overall team strategies to help players adapt and evolve to overcome the meta. -Oversee player progression during scrims and tournaments. -Set clear and achievable goals for the team and players, individually, on a day to day basis. -Communicate with management to provide the best experience to the players so they can focus on improving and performing.
