Silver supp/ adc looking for duo

I am currently silver 4, was silver 2 last season and want to find a duo to climb with :3 I can play adc, supp or jungle but i am main supp. You can be any division that is able to duo Q with a silver 4 i really don't mind. i play soraka, blitz and alistar mostly but i am open to trying new champions.
