Looking for experienced Gold duo or Smurf with ambitions to climb Gold to Plat+

Hey guys I will give you a little preface here. I have been playing for four years have gotten gold 3/4 seasons and silver 1 the season I wasn't gold. My highest rank was G1 last season this season I went 8-2 was placed S5 and 7-3 on other account placed B1. Since my other account recently got demoted from G3 to G5 I have started playing on my main again and winning games but I have come to realize I win closer to more than 60% of my duo games and lose probably 40% or less of my solo queue maybe it's because I don't work well in elo hell where they don't respond to pings or know the proper rotations. Anyways looking for an experienced duo requirements below.

Requirements: -Must have Skype/Discord with a mic -Must be willing to give some constructive criticism and be willing to take it some -If we cannot agree on something we must agree to disagree and drop the subject as to not let it get it the way -Must be an experienced player at specific roles, been at least Platinum elo or higher in the past, or if not must be Gold 5 at the lowest and must have a desire to get better as well as try hard to communicate, have proper rotations, take advice, and win.
