Looking For A Ranked Team (Gold4)

So, I have been playing league for a year or two now, started in season 5. I love playing ranked, but I want to play in Ranked Teams for practice, and to get better. I have no prior experience of being in a ranked team, so I am looking for someone to essentially pick up a newbie to this.
I am comfortable using Skype / Discord, but not curse.
