Team Creation (High Silver Ranks)
Hello, my name is RyanBlocks2 and I am looking to put together a team for ranked 5's. I am hoping to make this team into a competitive atmosphere where all players can grow in game knowledge and mechanics while working as a team. Once the team roster is down I will be looking to organize practice sessions and other team activities.
Requirements are as follows: -18+ years of age -Access to voice communication preferably curse voice but also skype or teamspeak 3. -Able to provide constructive and well thought out criticism to both others as well as discuss your own flaws and failures with others. -Free time in order to participate in ranked 5's on a consistent basis

I believe that teamwork is a crucial part of league of legends. I wish to expand both my knowledge of the game and others through playing ranked 5's. As a team member I can always bring a positive and upbeat attitude to the table. I also have experience playing on other ranked fives teams such as Sykotik.

Why should you be on the team/What makes you special? I can shotcall and you can always count on me to start the fight
Biggest Strength: knowledge of the game and improving quickly & clutching up in intense moments
Biggest Weakness: its hard for me to pick out a biggest weakness, but i do have flaws as do everyone, i could work on my diving, i could buy more wards, i do ward but late game it starts to slowdown, im not the best at handling counter jungling depending on the champ im playing
Why should you be on the team/What makes you special?
i believe i should be on the team because reading this intrigued me and has caught my attention because we have common goals, im looking for a group of players to have fun with while taking the game semi serious, im easy to get along with and have a good understanding of the game, im willing to help others improve as well, and i am a versatile player, i understand the game well as i have played all roles alot, and if jungle is taken i am even willing to learn another role if i like you guys as first impressions i do like the requirements and the way the recruitment looks.
