[NA][LFM] Arms eSports New Organization LF Staff & Players!

About me

My Name is Vincent "Puretiger" damone and i'm creating a brand new organization that will develop young and aspiring esports gamers with structure and commitment. For me I have an extensive esports career dating back to CoD/WoW and owning very successful organizations like Conform eSports and ViV Gaming that have either bought from me or me moving to a different game. I have helped other org's start up like Area 52, BlackFrost Gaming and Absolute Gaming. [If you'd like to know more add me in game]Conform's Twitter: @Conformgg

What is the plan? Why should I join?

I'm seeking for people who want experience in the field, since it will be all voluntary until the team is up and running and winning tournaments. Then coaches/analysts will be paid. I want to find coaches, analyst and manager! So we can provide all the resources to the team that will be of a D1/Challenger level. We will also be making an academy team for people who are in the gold-platinum range to compete and improve! These teams will both compete in League and tournaments and any other upcoming events that are prized!

Requirements?

You must be committed and dedicated to the team/organization and your craft!
