GOLD/PLAT DuoQ Jungler

Hi, I am a midlane ekko main and I've found a lot of success lately. However, a lot of the time, i lost because the enemy just had a better jungler, who kept camping me, zoning me from farm etc. So I wanted to ask you, if there is a person, who plays good as a early ganking jungler with some stuns or other form of crowd control( .
