Creating a Competitive Team for Ranked

Hi my name is Donovan or AsianHoops in game. I'm currently Bronze III and I'm looking for people to join my competitive team. We basically want to climb the ranks and improve on skill and teamwork. We are looking for people who mains 1-2 roles only and mains 1 champ for that role. We don't want toxicity and hopefully we can improve our skill and become challenger. Maybe anyway.
