S4 former G5 Looking for a coach!

Hi, I'm a former G5 jgl main, whose moving to the mid lane. I've been up and down silver elo about 3 times this season and can't get over the hump. I've played top and mained irelia this season but to no avail. So when I've been playing mid recently I find im winning more games and winning my lane more. But, I've also noticed that all though im beating my oponent. They have more cs than me, and things of that nature.
