Aspiring Shoutcaster Looking for Jobs

Hi Guys, I know this is a little weird and usually taboo, but I don't know anywhere else to post so here goes. I am an aspiring shoutcaster looking for jobs so that I can get my feet wet in the craft. I would like to work with a partner as I have more deep game knowledge and am better at analyzing games live than doing play-by-play; in other words, I would make a better color caster. Since I am somewhat new, I am willing to work for free. I just want to be able to cast some games (preferably with a partner), and watch the VODs so I can get better at the craft. My IGN is RocketDonger96 (it is a smurf, other account was suspended for an accidental chargeback xd ). If this doesn't attract any one interested in hiring for what is basically an internship, I would like to know a few things: What is the best place to find casting opportunities? What is the best equipment (I own hyperX headsets that are really good, but what streaming client is the best to use, and what should I use for video editing for future audition tapes)?
