mid LF team

Currently diamond 3 top laner that has been master ( can prove) and I've decided that I want to officially change roles over to mid. I'm wanting a team that actively plays as a team. I've already got to plat 3 from solo queing on a smurf as mid and I'll be working on climbing solo as much as I can. I'm also willing to play whatever the team prefers although I've been practicing ryze/ori/veigar/cass.

Elo of the team doesn't matter to me. If its a silver/gold team thats fine. I'll have plenty of learning to do so Im willing to play with any elo team.
