Creating a team: Flex/Tournaments.

Hello, as the title says, I am looking for a team for flex and tournaments. I do have a website for all of that. This is a smurf account I use to be leveling and it was logged on so I am using it to post. My one trick main is a D5 Riven main. However, I have a plat 3 mid account, which is the role I'd prefer to be playing and currently practicing.

Requirements:

1- Gold in flex. 2- Can practice around 7pm eastern - 11pm eastern on weekdays. Any time between then, if not all the time. Weekends can be when we all see fit/agree on. 3- Can take criticism. 4- Friendly, not toxic. Joking is fine, obviously. 5- Willing to help team members out/make sacrifices. 6- Understand losing will happen, that you can't always win. Use the losses to help yourself and the team grow.

A team captain out of the players that join. A shot caller out of the ones that join.

More info about me: I am currently on a team, but it's a bit eh right now. Players leaving/joining constantly due to different views. Which is why I am going to try to find players with similar views as me, as the one I am currently in is crumbling. It's a friend that made it, which he already said he understands. He even offered to find me another team, as a small taste of competitive in a TS tournament that I won made me want some form of competitive play. I am not looking to be the owner/captain, as I am not qualified for that. I am very passive when it comes to most things, but hold my ground on what I believe. I believe a team should enjoy playing together. That they should be able to grow together, given proper guidance.
