Morde Main looking for a Silver/Gold Jungler

Heyo Master0fMetal here looking for a Jungle/Adc main that i can duo with. I Q up Top/Mid, I genuinely destroy people with Morde, my problem lies in the team jungler being bleh 60% of the time or not ganking till 12 minutes, in comparison to the enemy jg that hits lanes at the 3 minute mark then is hitting them every 3 to 4 mins with no response from ours. I'm Silver 2 bout to be back in Gold. Just trying to find one solid person to count on in Games.
