Help get me to gold...Please?

Well I'm having a problem progressing up to gold. I know my score doesn't look that good, but I'm not really all that bad. I'm just getting stuck with AFKs

I was off by one game in promos to get gold, and then i got to gold series, and it all went down hill from there.

When ever I seem to get ahead, I get yanked back down by Solo Queue

I have been doing decent Mid lately. However I can Supp, and, or Adc
