Gold Player Looking to coach a team.

Hello, my IGN is: Los Arcos. I am interested in coaching a team at whatever skill/division level as long as the team is committed to improving and committed to their roles. I have coached plat level teams and as far down as Silver level teams.

My Strengths: Social relations(Constructive critisim, Keeping the peace amongst players), Willing to put in the time to actually help you improve in a team setting, and lastly organization goals and objectives, and patience.

My Weaknesses: Sometimes have a hard time getting my point across clearly, sometimes get flustered if a player is reacting negatively to my critisim.
