LF Team Mates

Me and my buddy are looking to start a team. No requirements as far as what you're solo queue rank is, since elo hell is truly a b**ch. We will decide whether or not we want you to join us from a couple of games, and go on from there. I'm a mid/top main, either is fine. My buddy(Venomscars) is an ADC main. You need a mic, communication is KEY. Age atleast 17+.. You need to be on OFTEN, no specific times but we play a lot past noon PST. Be willing to take criticism since EVERYONE can always improve. Don't think of a loss as a loss, more like a learning tool and what you need to fix or improve upon. Discord, curse preferred at the moment. NO flaming between teammates will be tolerated. EVERYONE has their reasons for their decisions, even if they weren't smart decisions, you do not need to bash them for it. Everyone is trying their hardest to help win the game.
