Need a team...To make me better :D

I've proven time and time again that i am a more than capable team player for higher ranks than bronze V (i've played with people bronze through plat 1 and i've never really had a serious issue) but i'm looking for a team that can show me how to possibly play better than i already am and maybe for next season actually progressing instead of just bouncing between bronze 1-5 (i got from 5 to 2 then dropped after a very long absence)
