Plat 2 Support/Jungle Main LF High Plat/Low Diamond players to join or create a team.

I have been playing since season 1 and have been on multiple teams that have fallen apart in the past. I'm looking for this to be a semi-serious team, (like having a regular practice time) i am not looking to make it into the LCS (yet) just to improve. I know what it takes to be part of a team and also lead a team and be a captain/coach if needed.

I am in the central time zone and am usually free after 6:00 pm everyday, till around 1:00~ am.
