I'm a plat Mid/ADC player looking to start a team. Hoping to practice nightly, so please be willing if you are interested. Practice times will be roughly 2-5 am EST (11pm-2am PST) Mon-Fri. Looking for all roles, I will most likely playing mid but might ADC depending on who is interested. Must have mic, will be using curse voice. Please be willing to focus on improving and thinking strategically, no raging. I don't care how poorly we start out as long as everyone is determined to improve. Please fill out the following information and I will check back tomorrow after work to see who is interested.

Age: Desired Role: Top 3 Champions in Role: Strengths: Weaknesses: Are you able to attend said practice times?: Can you shotcall effectively?

Thanks guys, like I said I'll be checking back after work tomorrow, so like 2am EST. If you could be on around that time tomorrow I might try to get a few practice games in to see how it goes.
