Looking for Team Managers - FL eSports

FL eSports is looking to recruit individuals who want to handle team management for our organization. We plan to be creating a number of teams in order to help players get involved with the League of Legends community, as well as get them involved in prized tournaments. We believe that there is a lot more to the game other than just solo que, and we want every player to experience the enjoyment of team play.
FL eSports will handle setting up the teams, as well as getting a solid roster for each team. We plan on matching teams with players of similar skill level so that they can learn together, and scrim against teams of equivalent caliber.
Team Managers will be expected to handle the schedule for each team they are assigned, as well as handle any issues that the team encounters. We will provide logos for each team, tournaments to participate in, and will help with any issues that the manager cannot resolve.
