B3 adc/sup LF duo or flex team

I'm looking for a duo or flex team in the bronze/silver brackets to climb with. If you know when not to chase, and that objective control is more important than raking up kills add me (Rayfire) ill be playing all night. I would prefer a adc or sup for duo but will take anything.
