Gold Mid laner, and Diamond Top laner looking for team

Hey guys, myself and my friend are looking to find a team where its not full of complete idiots where we both can grow as players. He has a strong personality (he knows it, i hope), and im the laid back one. I am the Mid lane, and my champions are mostly mages, but i can learn the champs need most for the team. My friend on the other hand has a sorta limited champ pool he is a riven main, and he has good mechanics that transfer over to other champions but hes best at riven.
