LF plat+ TOP LANER for ranked team

My IGN is "SeanRussell", feel free to add me. As of right now I'm Gold 2, but this the first season I've decided to take seriously. I've been playing this game since BETA and often used ranked of a way to have normal games with a smaller %age of trolling. This (pre) season how ever I've put a lot of dedication into educating myself and applying new skills to my game and in the last 2 weeks alone I've raised my MMR roughly 450 points and without slowing down.

My understanding is that you are looking for a Plat+ top laner, but I assure you that is me... or we can wait another week when I'll actually be Plat, but I'd much rather start practicing with a team.

I'm currently at work with access to board, is there any questions you have for me that would help move this along?
