Creating Team for DreamerZ Minor League, B1-G5

Forming a team for the DreamerZ Minor League, fill out the application. I am looking for players who can play a variety of champs in each role(5 roughly), and is able to mesh with comps that we decide as a team. You also have to be able to take and give criticism and after each practice we discuss as a team what went right/wrong, etc.

Age - 18 Rank - Silver II IGN - Deatherits Discord ready. Champ pool - Most Bot laners and I have a mean Yas Strength - I understand the Art of War Weakness - Either teammates or poor decision making. Previous Experience - I played for a team once and scrimmed to Gold III, I worked with a "Sensei" that taught me most to what I know. Can I?
