Looking for a serious ADC, Top, and Support for ranked 5's

I am a silver 3 Jungler and my teammate is a Plat 5 mid laner. We need a serious group of 3 to play with. we obviously would like to try and make it into the LCS but we do realize it will take a lot of work, but thats the level of seriousness we would like to take this.
