Experienced Coach Looking to Help Any Motivated Teams [NA- Any Rank]

Hi there, I'm ThatOtherJacob! I'm here seeing many motivated Ranked 5's Teams, but have you ever felt like you needed that extra boost? Sometimes it takes a well-informed outside perspective! I have many years as an experienced coach for teams as well as individual players, ranging from players in Bronze 4 to a team in high diamond. If you're a motivated Silver team who wants to make that push for Gold, I can definitely help! If you're a Diamond team looking to compete in the NACS, I'll jump on board (in this situation, I may have to drop my other, less serious obligation, so my apologies in advance). My only requirements include:

-Your team must be willing to work hard! -Your team must be willing to listen to criticism and try to change it!

I incorporate lots of discussion and feedback into my coaching style, and I feel like it is very effective not only in climbing elo, but also improving a player.
