ADC/MID Silver Ranked Looking for Team

Hey im a pretty experienced ADC looking for a team. I have been Solo for a while and got into silver II but there are always games where you get paired with someone who doesnt know how to play their role and feeds and then that snowballls into a loss. In order to avoid un needed losses im looking for a competent team that i can rely on to do their part so that i can do mine xD
