New Team Forming, looking for Top, Mid, Support, ADC(Diamond)

I'm Phenomenaut, currently a Diamond V jungler and I'm looking to form a ranked team. The team will be semi serious, in that I plan on having the team play in tourneys on Sunday, and practice at least twice a week.

I have only a couple requirements: At least Platinum 1 division. Lower ranked players will not be considered. Available Weekends as well as some Weekday Evenings. Working Microphone and Skype. 16+.

Now, because it can take some time to get a suitable roster going, it's unlikely that a full team will be made and start playing for real within a week. Since this is being built from scratch, it will probably require some patience. That will be worth it however, as this will be a long term team that plays throughout the upcoming season.

What I'm specifically looking for outside the requirements is a stable, strong champion pool(or a willingness to pick up meta champions/fill in gaps in your matchups, it's not a huge deal as there are always straightforward, easy champions like Lissandra or Fiora that can be learned quickly to bolster your pool), a friendly attitude, and the mental strength to remain communicative even when frustrated.
