Any Low elo tournaments? Or just consistently held tournaments?

Title, are there any communities and/or groups that hold low elo tournaments on a regular basis, that don't up and vanish after a couple months? All my google searching has yielded is groups that only did it for a couple months and fizzled out, or groups that havnt been active since 2015 or earlier.

If anyone knows of any low elo tournaments that are regularly held please post a link here thanks.
