Dedicated Ranked Flex Team Any Elo

"Summoners R Us" is a club that is founded to be ranked flex 5v5. We are looking for 10-12 members right off the bat to get started. We are also looking for any elo. Bronze V to Challenger. We are based around a family friendly community that is built upon mutual respect for one another. We exist to grow together as a gaming community, and together as a team. We expect people who are of the higher elo to train and help those who are of the lower elo because we want everyone to get better together. That is the sole purpose for a flex team. In this club, we have 2 teams. Each team will have a team leader/ trainer. The people who will be in the Team will be of mixed elo. So that it is fair. When the two teams come together to practice, there won't be a team that is better than the other. This looks good on paper, but we will do our best in reality.
