Wanting to make an active healthy community.

Me and a friend thought that it would be cool to make a community. If we can get it to grow and become healthy we'd like to use it as a tournament platform to raise funds for various things like breast cancer etc. The ultimate goal would be to get it large enough to provide a place where all players can be in contact with one another to form a quick duo or even scout for a independent team. We would like eventually get to the point that after a few found raisers that the team hold an bi annual tournament to give a grand prize 2nd and 3rd prize like RP. In those tournaments founds would be set aside for creating the community team which would be highly competitive. All in all the community would be for helping people starting out with their twitch/youtube channels, getting better, finding a team, finding a dou partner, raising funds for a cause, and having a fun community to be engaged in. Honestly I find that the game is far less toxic with friends to laugh about it. I'm looking for advice or potential members that would be interested. We are going to start on CV or discord server.
