Season 5 Plat III LF Team

Hello, I am a jungler looking for a dedicated and serious team for season 6 and hopefully more than that. My goal is to become a better player as well as winning tourney's, making great team synergy and basically having fun which is winning. I have been in many LCS style tourney's and have gotten 2nd and 3rd out of a 8-10 team type of thing (If that made sense). My main Junglers atm are Lee Sin, Udyr, and basically all meta champs. No one is perfect at this game and I want to get better as a player and as a team player. Team experience I have been on multiple teams and have found Coaching is one of the best ways to get better so a team knows how they want to identify themselves and what comps you can work out and try. My weaknesses are mid game, But my early game and late I would say are pretty strong I just need to take less risks.
